| 内容記述 | One hundred and sixty-five female students participated in the group experiential learning course which was introduced into the curriculum of college education. The major aims of the course were for the participants to learn interpersonal and group processes, and to develop their social skills. The course was 12 scheduled classes of ninety minutes during a semester and consisted of the practices about person perception, active listening, self disclosure, assertion, group decision making and group problem solving. As for the effectiveness of the course, (1) the participants' social skills score (Kikuchi's KiSS-18) significantly increased during the semester and (2) their thoughts and feelings toward group activities became more positive through the course. | |||||||||
