The major aims of the course were for the participants to learn interpersonal and group processes, and to develop their human relation skills. The course was 12 scheduled classes of 100 minutes during a semester and consisted of the practices about person perception, self disclosure, active listening, assertion, group decision making and group problem solving. A total of 265 college students participated in the course for three years from 1992 to 1994.
