Plenty of survey until now certifies this as fact. But on the other hands, this presence of Oita prefecture is in very much poor situation when it comes to offering information for overseas visitor. For example let’s take a look at the paper media “Lonely Planet Japan” (2015) which traveler using English often refer [like a “Chikyu no Aruki Kata” or “Mapple” referred by Japanese traveler]. Only 10 pages are allocated for description of Oita prefecture in about 900 total pages. Moreover no description is seen about Oita city. At the same time in poplar internet media Tripadvisor we can only find little description written in English except Japanese language from 800 registered landmarks. Speaking severely, these all facts [there are no information acceptable for expected visitors] means there Oita prefecture does not exist even physically for them. In these situation since 2012 we are proceeding the program offering bilingual information[English/Japanese] about local tourism utilizing SNS(Social Network Service) through the mutual intercourse among universities in South East Asia mainly with University Malaysia Kelantan(UMK). In addition this fiscal year 2016 as “Building the Regional Archives utilizing Accentuated Reality(AR)” (Geitan Festa 2016 program), we accepted 3 study visit students and tried to dispatch information in SNS and build archives using 3D vertial reality movies. This paper tries to clarify the scope and overall picture of these programs.}, pages = {145--166}, title = {マレーシア国立クランタン大学からの短期留学プログラムの受け入れ:サービス ラーニングを通じたイスラム文化間との双方向の学び・地域アーカイブズ構築}, volume = {54}, year = {2017}, yomi = {アベ, ナオキ} }
