A total of 215 students(females:210, males:5)participated in 13 scheduled classes during a semester. The major aims of the course were for the participants to train their social skills through the practices about person perception, communication, teamwork, assertion and group discussion. As for the researh results, the participants increased their social skills score regardless of their social skills level at the start of the training. Furthermore, the increase of social skills score of the low level students was larger than that of the high or middle level students. These results suggest that social skills of each participant within a group could be developed through group experiential learning.}, pages = {129--137}, title = {グループ体験学習が参加者の社会的スキルに及ぼす効果―学習開始時の個人差に着目して―}, volume = {59}, year = {2022}, yomi = {ヨシヤマ, ナオヒロ} }
