The motivations vary from company to company, with some deciding that it directly leads to increased sales, while others believe that it is indirectly effective in raising awareness of their products and services and thus increasing sales. This study focuses on the practice of "live communication," which utilizes live streaming in promotional activities for a company's own products and services, and examines the changes in the purpose and methods of live streaming, as well as the impact and challenges this has on building a company's promotional strategy. |
