As is generally known, the contemporary higher education system was established as a link in the chain of the reform of education system after World War II. We can recognize that the contemporary higher education system offers many students the opportunity to go to universities and junior colleges. This is very important. But the increase in the number of universities and junior colleges has caused the phenomenon of the popularization of higher education and this has caused the lowering of quality in higher education. Recently in the light of this situation, the reform of higher education has been discussed. But we can't find any common view about the reform of higher education. A purpose of this paper is to analyze the problems that junior colleges have by investigating the opinions of students at one particular college.
