Because, naturally the role and position of teacher are important to education. Recently, there are many arguments about qualities and abilities of teachers, for many children who go to school have problems in Japan. Therefore, we want to get good teachers who have excellent qualities and the abilities to deal with these problems. If we can't get good teachers, it's impossible to solve problems in education. If we want to become a teacher, we have to take an examination to enter the teaching profession. I think that we have many problems in this examination system. For example, the content of the examination and the procedure and standard of selection are not sufficiently. The purpose of this paper is to clarify and analyze the consciousness of principals and school board members about this system.
