| 内容記述 | 若者離れの目立つ現業労働のイメージや、作業服のどのような点を改革したら、イメージアップにつながるかなどについて調査し、分析した結果、次の様な事柄が明らかになった。(1)工場や土木建設業などの職場は、きつくて危険な職場であると考えられている。またこのようなイメージが、労働者不足の原因であると考えられている。(2)現業労働への女性進出は、土木建設業や工場などの職場が活気づくという様な理由で有意義であると考えられている。(3)作業服のイメージは、デザインが古くておしゃれではないと考えられている。(4)作業服の色は、灰色のような暗い色のイメージを持たれている。しかし実際にデザインと色を見た場合には、青色がふさわしいと考えられている。(5)作業服の素材は、綿が適していると考えられている。また柄は無地が適していると考えられている。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | Recentry young people offen refuse jobs in factories and construction sites. The purpose of this study is to investigate whether changing the color and style of workclothes can improve the image of factories and construction sites. In the present study we gave a questionnaire to female college students to find out what image young women have of such jobs, and what points are needed to improve the image, and what kind of work clothes are best. The analysis of those results were summarized as follows: (1) It was thought that such work areas were dangerous and difficult. That image brings about a shortage of available workers. (2) It is important for such work areas to employ women so that the work areas become brighter. (3) It was thought that the image of work clothes was old and out of fashion. (4) It was generally thought that the colors of work clothes were dark and gray. (5) It was thought that cotton was the suitable material for work clothes, and a plain dress was the suitable pattern for work clothes. | |||||||||
