| 内容記述 | Iran has passed its first half term of The Five Year Plan (1987-1994) without much troubles. The GDP growth rates were 3.6% and 10.5% for years of 1989 and 1990 respectively and estimated 8% for 1991. In the next half term of the plan, though, Iran will face more difficult situations. If industrial products are exported along the lines of the plan, its complicated exchange rates should be reformed and unified. But Unifiction of exchange rates means pressure on the low income class, cutting off subsidization on imported wheat and dairy products. So Iran will face a difficult choice between the low income class who are the fervent supporter of the revolution, and economic growth which is necessary for the survival of the regime. | |||||||||
