| 内容記述 | Points of three lectures about Japanese pattern of management by Ronald P. Dore are as follows. He compares Japanese capitalism with English and American, not West European. Japanese employment system has been connected primarily with the school education system, not with the free labour market, and the wage differentials between managements and workers are very small. He thinks in the future two directions seem to be possible to occur: one possibility is that the English and American system converges to the Japanese pattern, because of the later starting effects of the latter, and the other is the opposite direction, because of the global extension of the borderless economy. | |||||||||
