| 内容記述 | Two lute books by Charles Mouton were printed in the second half of the seventeenth century in Paris. His books were, together with the books of Denis Gaultier and Jacques Gallot, some of the last French lute school books published. These are important not because of their repertoires, but because of the infomation on lute music itself, its ornamentaion, and the social conditions surrounding the lute. In this paper, I translated and annotated the advertisement and instructions, mainly relying on the latest researches on Mouton and his lute books. | |||||||||
