The Internet has grown so much globally. In Oita," Toyonokuni HyperNetwork" was launched this year. It is ready for the next stage of community life in terms of education, medical systems, welfare, public services and other community activities. This paper describes the present educational condition in Oita prefecture and considers the utilities of the HyperNetwork from the point of view of education. |
