| 内容記述 | The major aims of group experiential learning(GEL) are for the participants to learn interpersonal and group processes and to train their social skills. The author presented a revised GEL program that participants were grouped two or three times during a semester and repeated a series of practices about relationship building and group problem solving. Moreover, the author reported the results of the revised GEL program in which a total of 69 students participated for two years from 2020 to 2021. As for the revised GEL outcomes, class evaluation by students revealed positive effectiveness in making friends, improving social skills and self-understanding. | |||||||||||
