内容記述 | At present, problems of teacher education have become a main theme in Japan. Because, naturally, the role and position of teacher are attached importance to education. And the same time, many arguments about student teaching have been presented. If we want to acquire a teacher's certificate, we have to study student teaching. Student teaching is very important to students who want to acquire a teacher's certificate to experience actual activities of education. Therefore, student teaching is needed as a line in the chain of teacher education. But, at present, the students who want to acquire a teacher's certificate have increased rapidly, so student teaching doesn't seem to accomplish its own function sufficiently. The present system of teacher education is "open" system. In this situation "open" system has brought about disorders in educational field. The disorders in educational field are notable especially concerning student teaching. A purpose of this paper is to clarify and analyze the consciousness of students who have experienced student teaching. If we clarify and analyze their consciousness, we can get a key to reform student teaching. | |||||||||
